Few people have done more for promoting the plight of wildlife and the environment than Sir David Attenborough. He certainly inspired me from a young age, introducing a sense of curiosity and wonder for the spectacular diversity of life our planet has spawned. My life has been more colourful as a result, reflected in my art over the years.

I am grateful to share just a small stake in an enduring legacy, which has influenced countless wildlife artists, biologists, explorers, film makers, conservationists and more. Today at 90 years of age, he continues to inspire generations. Happy birthday Sir David!

DSWF Wildlife Artist of the Year 2016

The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation's 2016 edition of 'Wildlife Artist of the Year' will take place at the London Mall Galleries between 28th June - 2nd July. 

I was thrilled to learn that 2 of my works have been shortlisted for this year's prize.

Exhibition with Byard Art Cambridge

I will be showing some work with Byard Art in Cambridge this spring, as part of an exhibition of international artists.

Colored Pencil Magazine - Cover Feature

I haven't been all that proactive in updating my blog of late, but I was thrilled to start 2016 as Colored Pencil Magazine's featured artist for January!

DSWF Wildlife Artist of the Year 2015

I'm very pleased to have been shortlisted for the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation's 'Wildlife Artist of the Year 2015' exhibition with this piece, 'Virunga's Fragile Future'.

I am always humbled by the standard of work at this exhibition, and in this year of record entries, it promises to the a spectacular event!

June 30th - July 4th at the London Mall Galleries.
